  • Identified, benchmarked and implemented cost savings programs that typically saved the shipper 20% while maintaining or improving service. Achieved savings for one account in excess of 40%.
  • Over 28 years experience working for major LTL and small package carriers and smaller regional carriers.
  • Substantial expertise within the LTL, TL, and package industry.  Involved with strategic benchmarking, rate comparison analysis, invoice auditing and tariff and accessorial charge evaluations.  Closely followed old ICC, now STB, carrier general rate increases and carrier rules tariff, and also classification bureau for the transportation industry.　
  • Published in trade magazines, including Bohman on Pricing, American Shipper, Logistics Management, WERC, D C Velocity, Parcel Distribution, and is a frequent speaker at industry seminars.
  • Over 40 years cumulative experience in the software industry.
  • Project Management Institute certified project manager with experience managing projects from under $1 million with a handful of resources to over $50 million with 117 resources in various countries. Effectively implemented proven, standard project management process and procedures to deliver successful projects on time and on budget.
